Pricing for
all rooms is subject to the following:
Size of the room, what specific
items make up the walls, for example; French doors, sliding doors,
sliding windows or even solid sections and of course, is concrete
required. Because all items differ in price we can't give
you an exact number for a room prior to seeing the location and
assessing each room individually.
The following room prices are
merely stated to assist you to assess affordability and are
always subject to change, plus or minus.
Pricing shown herein is not accurate or
exact. We have placed this here only as an educational
tool, as most people are not aware of what a sunroom may
cost.
Walls
Under is not a sunroom in the conventional sense but
rather a method of closing in and area that already has a
roof. All other terminologies are merely the
labels that we use to describe specific styles of sunrooms.
Pricing
for all of these styles will be based essentially on rooms
that are approximately 12 x 12. Some extras may not be
included, such as permits, concrete, cutting of existing
eaves, removal of existing construction and many other items
that may be individual to a particular location.
